SafeStyle® Worksite to Weekend® Luggage collection is backed by a limited 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please be aware that items damaged by you, through other means, or due to normal wear and tear are not classified as faulty.
If the product is deemed faulty and you notify us in writing within 30 days (from date of purchase), SafeStyle® will replace the product with the equivalent product purchased free of charge (including return delivery) or refund. Please be aware that we can only provide a replacement with the same product in the same size, contingent upon availability. In cases where replacement is not feasible, you are entitled to a complete refund.
In addition, the SafeStyle® Manufacturers warranty policy does not cover:
- Any modifications or repairs not authorised by SafeStyle®
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or carelessness (e.g., scratches from dropping, lenses damage due to being left in high temperatures)
- Damage caused by natural disaster
- Accidental loss or theft
