If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at enquiries@safestyle.com.au.

Please get in touch as soon as you notice a delay, and within 21 days of dispatch where possible. Carriers apply their own time limits to investigating a missing parcel, so contacting us early gives us the best chance of tracing your order or arranging a replacement quickly.
