1. Promotion
SafeStyle Win a Honda CRF450 Promotion (the "Promotion").
2. Promoter
SafeStyle Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 56 681 624 322), 364 Oxford Street, Leederville WA 6007, Australia (the "Promoter").
3. Promotional Period
The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Thursday 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
4. Eligible Entrants
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. The Promotion is conducted in all Australian states and territories.
Employees, directors, officers, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, participating retailers, participating optometrists, suppliers and agencies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
5. Eligible Products
An "eligible pair" is any pair of SafeStyle protective eyewear purchased during the Promotional Period, including:
- non-prescription (plano) SafeStyle protective eyewear purchased through the SafeStyle online store; and
- prescription SafeStyle protective eyewear, whether purchased through the SafeStyle online store or dispensed and purchased through a participating optometrist.
Prescription lenses, lens upgrades and dispensing fees form part of the eligible purchase and do not affect entry eligibility. There is no minimum spend beyond the purchase of one eligible pair.
6. How to Enter
During the Promotional Period, an eligible entrant must purchase one or more eligible pairs of SafeStyle protective eyewear from the SafeStyle online store, an authorised participating SafeStyle retailer, or a participating optometrist.
SafeStyle Online Purchases
Eligible purchases (including prescription orders) made directly through the SafeStyle online store during the Promotional Period will be automatically entered into the Promotion using the customer details associated with the qualifying order. No separate online entry form or receipt upload is required.
Participating Retailer and Participating Optometrist Purchases
For purchases made from an authorised participating SafeStyle retailer or a participating optometrist (including prescription orders), the entrant must:
- Visit www.safestyle.com.au/winahonda or scan the official promotional QR code.
- Complete the online entry form by providing all requested personal details.
- Upload a clear copy or photograph of the purchase receipt or invoice for the qualifying transaction.
Each eligible pair of SafeStyle protective eyewear purchased equals one (1) entry. Where multiple eligible pairs are purchased in a single qualifying transaction, the entrant will receive one (1) entry for each eligible pair. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is supported by a valid qualifying purchase.
7. Participating Retailers and Optometrists
Purchases must be made from the SafeStyle online store, an authorised participating SafeStyle retailer, or a participating optometrist authorised to dispense SafeStyle prescription eyewear.
Purchases from unauthorised resellers, online marketplaces or private sellers are not eligible unless expressly stated by the Promoter.
8. Proof of Purchase
Entrants who purchase from an authorised participating SafeStyle retailer or a participating optometrist must retain their original purchase receipt or invoice and submit proof of purchase by uploading a clear photograph or scan to the online entry form at www.safestyle.com.au/winahonda at the time of entry.
The receipt or invoice must clearly identify:
- the retailer or optometrist;
- the eligible SafeStyle product or products (including, where applicable, that the order includes prescription lenses);
- the purchase date; and
- the transaction number.
For eligible purchases made directly through the SafeStyle online store, the Promoter may verify the qualifying purchase using its own order and transaction records.
The Promoter reserves the right to request and verify proof of purchase at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of purchase upon request may result in the relevant entry or entries being declared invalid.
Returned, refunded or cancelled purchases are not eligible. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry associated with a returned, refunded or cancelled qualifying purchase.
9. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won nationally.
The prize is: One (1) Honda CRF450 Replica SX Race Bike (2026 Model) in SafeStyle x Honda Racing Replica SX race livery, supplied by Honda Racing Australia.
Approximate recommended retail value: AUD $17,000.
Delivery of the prize will be arranged by SafeStyle to the winner at an agreed location within Australia. The prize depicted in promotional materials is representative of the prize to be awarded. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include registration, compulsory third-party insurance, comprehensive insurance, licensing, riding equipment, fuel, servicing, maintenance or other ongoing ownership or operating costs. The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to the possession, transportation and use of the motorcycle.
10. Winner Determination - The Draw
The winner will be selected by a computerised random draw from all valid entries received nationally during the Promotional Period.

The first valid entry randomly selected will be declared the provisional winner, subject to verification of the entrant's eligibility and proof of purchase. Reserve entries may also be drawn and recorded in the event that the winning entry is invalid or the winner is ineligible.
11. Winner Notification and Publication
The winner will be notified by telephone and email on 2 December 2026.
The winner's first initial, surname and postcode will be published at www.safestyle.com.au/winahonda on 2 December 2026 and will remain published for at least twenty-eight (28) days.
12. Unclaimed Prize Re-Draw
If the prize remains unclaimed by 11:59pm AEDT on 16 December 2026, an unclaimed prize re-draw will take place on Thursday 17 December 2026 at 6:00pm AEDT at SafeStyle Holdings Pty Ltd, 364 Oxford Street, Leederville WA 6007, Australia, using the same computerised random selection process from all remaining valid entries.
The first valid entry randomly selected will be declared the replacement winner, subject to verification of the entrant's eligibility and proof of purchase. The replacement winner will be notified by telephone and email on 17 December 2026. The replacement winner's first initial, surname and postcode will be published at www.safestyle.com.au/winahonda on 17 December 2026.
The Promoter will comply with any directions or approvals required by the relevant regulatory authorities in relation to the unclaimed prize re-draw.
13. Entry Verification
The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including an entrant's identity, age, place of residence and proof of purchase.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, misleading, tampered with or otherwise not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
14. Prize Availability
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to the written approval of the relevant regulatory authorities where required.
15. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity associated with the Promotion, including photography, video, interviews and social media content, without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
16. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting and administering this Promotion, including verifying entries, contacting the winner and awarding the prize.
By entering, entrants consent to the collection, storage and use of their personal information in accordance with the SafeStyle Privacy Policy, available at www.safestyle.com.au/privacy.
Entrants may separately elect to receive marketing communications from SafeStyle. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of entry.
17. Technical Issues
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical, telecommunications, network or other issues outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
18. Modification or Cancellation
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
19. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Conditions of Entry excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
20. Acceptance of Conditions
Information regarding how to enter and the prize forms part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering the Promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter's decisions in relation to the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law.

3. Promotional Period

Eligible purchases must be completed during the Promotional Period. Entries received or generated outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
4. Eligible Entrants
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees, directors, officers, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, Honda Australia, Honda Racing Australia, the National Breast Cancer Foundation, suppliers and agencies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
5. Eligible Products
An "Eligible Product" is one of the SafeStyle protective eyewear products listed in Schedule 1 – Eligible Products below, purchased directly through the SafeStyle Australian online store at www.safestyle.com.au during the Promotional Period.
Only the specific products and colourways listed in Schedule 1 are eligible for entry.
There is no minimum spend beyond the purchase of one Eligible Product.
Each Eligible Product purchased equals one (1) entry.
Purchases of other SafeStyle products, including products that may feature pink colouring but are not listed in Schedule 1, do not qualify.
6. How to Enter
During the Promotional Period, an eligible entrant must purchase one or more Eligible Products directly from the SafeStyle Australian online store at www.safestyle.com.au.
Eligible purchases will be automatically entered into the Promotion using the customer details associated with the qualifying order.
No promotional code, separate entry form, QR code or receipt upload is required.
Each Eligible Product purchased equals one (1) entry.
Where multiple Eligible Products are purchased in a single qualifying transaction, the entrant will receive one (1) entry for each Eligible Product purchased.
Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is associated with a valid qualifying purchase made during the Promotional Period.
7. Online Purchases Only
This Promotion applies exclusively to eligible purchases made directly through the SafeStyle Australian online store.
Purchases made in-store or through third-party retailers do not qualify for entry into the Pink Honda CRF50 Promotion.
8. Prescription Purchases
The prescription products specifically listed in Schedule 1 are Eligible Products when purchased through the SafeStyle Australian online store during the Promotional Period.
A qualifying prescription frame purchase equals one (1) entry.
Prescription lenses, lens options, lens upgrades or other prescription-related charges do not generate additional entries.
For example, the purchase of one eligible prescription frame with prescription lenses equals one (1) entry.
Only the eligible prescription frame products specifically listed in Schedule 1 qualify.
9. Honda CRF450 Promotion
An Eligible Product purchased during the Promotional Period may also qualify as an eligible purchase under the separately conducted SafeStyle Win a Honda CRF450 Promotion.
Where applicable, the qualifying purchase will be automatically entered into that promotion in accordance with the separate Conditions of Entry applying to the SafeStyle Win a Honda CRF450 Promotion.
The Honda CRF450 Promotion is a separate promotion and is governed by its own promotional period, eligibility requirements, prize, draw procedures and Conditions of Entry.
Entry into this Promotion does not alter or replace the Conditions of Entry applying to the Honda CRF450 Promotion.
10. Proof of Purchase
The Promoter may verify qualifying purchases using its own online order and transaction records.
Entrants must retain their order confirmation and/or other proof of purchase until all prizes have been awarded.
The Promoter reserves the right to request and verify proof of purchase at any time.
Failure to provide satisfactory proof of purchase upon request may result in the relevant entry or entries being declared invalid.
Returned, refunded, fraudulent or cancelled purchases are not eligible.
The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry associated with an Eligible Product that is subsequently returned, refunded, cancelled or subject to a payment reversal.
11. Prizes
There are two (2) prizes to be won nationally.
First Prize
One (1) Honda CRF50 motorcycle customised in SafeStyle x NBCF pink livery.
Approximate recommended retail value: AUD $2,640.
Second Prize
One (1) SafeStyle product pack selected by the Promoter.
Approximate recommended retail value: AUD $1,000.
Total Prize Pool
The total maximum prize pool is AUD $3,640.
The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The appearance of the Honda CRF50 depicted in promotional materials may vary slightly from the final prize as a result of the custom paint, graphics, decals and fitment process.
The SafeStyle Product Pack will contain SafeStyle products selected by the Promoter with a total recommended retail value of approximately AUD $1,000.
12. Honda CRF50 Prize Conditions
Delivery or collection of the Honda CRF50 will be arranged by SafeStyle with the winner at an agreed location within Australia.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Honda CRF50 prize does not include registration, compulsory third-party insurance, comprehensive insurance, licensing, riding equipment, fuel, servicing, maintenance, transportation after delivery or any other ongoing ownership or operating costs.
The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to the possession, transportation and use of the motorcycle.
The Honda CRF50 is an off-road motorcycle and the winner is responsible for ensuring that it is only operated where lawful and appropriate.
13. Winner Determination — The Draw
The winners will be selected by a computerised random draw from all valid entries received nationally during the Promotional Period.

Reserve entries may also be drawn and recorded in the event that a winning entry is invalid or a provisional winner is ineligible.
An entrant may only win one prize in this Promotion.
14. Winner Notification and Publication
The provisional winners will be contacted by telephone and email using the customer details associated with their qualifying SafeStyle order.
The winners will be notified on 3 November 2026.

15. Unclaimed Prizes
If a prize remains unclaimed after a reasonable period, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw from the remaining valid entries.

16. Entry Verification
The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including an entrant's identity, age, place of residence, online order and qualifying purchase.

- submits false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- interferes with the entry or ordering process;
- attempts to obtain entries without making the required qualifying purchase;
- uses multiple identities or other methods designed to manipulate the Promotion;
- cancels, returns or obtains a refund for a qualifying purchase; or
- otherwise fails to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
17. Prize Availability

18. National Breast Cancer Foundation
SafeStyle supports the National Breast Cancer Foundation ("NBCF") through the sale of selected SafeStyle x NBCF pink products.
The National Breast Cancer Foundation is Australia's leading not-for-profit organisation funding world-class breast cancer research towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
The charitable contribution associated with sales of SafeStyle x NBCF products is separate from the awarding of prizes under this Promotion.
Purchase of an Eligible Product provides entry into the Promotion in accordance with these Conditions of Entry and also contributes to SafeStyle's NBCF fundraising initiative as described on the SafeStyle website.
NBCF does not conduct the Promotion and is not responsible for determining or awarding the prizes.
19. Honda
The Honda CRF50 prize is supplied in connection with SafeStyle's relationship with Honda / Honda Racing Australia.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Honda Australia and Honda Racing Australia are not the Promoter of the Promotion.
The Promoter is solely responsible for administering the Promotion, determining eligible entries and conducting the prize draw.

By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity associated with the Promotion, including photography, video, interviews and social media content, without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

If an online order has been successfully completed but an entry is not correctly recorded because of a technical error, the Promoter may manually validate and include the entry after verifying the qualifying purchase.

Recycle & Win
Promoter: SafeStyle Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 56 681 624 322)
Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18+. Employees of SafeStyle and their immediate families are not eligible.
How to Enter:
Online:
Purchase any of SafeStyle's Recycle and Win Recycling Label's online during the promotional period for automatic entry. One entry per label purchased. Collected protective eyewear must be returned within the competition window to be eligible to win any major prizes valued at $500 or above.
In-Store:
If protective eyewear is taken to one of the Collect and Win Locations listed as one of our recycling program page, the participant must scan the QR at the collection location and upload a picture of their effort that clearly shows them placing any brand of protective eyewear into a collection bin/box at the collection location.
Participants can make multiple entries during the competition period but must submit the required form each time to count for a separate entry. Note that entries are limited to 1 per day, per customer.
If a QR is not available at a collection location then the participant can email or Direct Message via Instagram or Meta Messenger a picture of their collection effort with the location of their bin to still be eligible.
Prize: Prizes drawn at random throughout Autumn. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Promotion Period: Opens Monday, 1st September 2026 at 12:00am (AWST) and closes Sunday, 30th November 2026 at 11:59pm (AWST).
Draw & Winner: The winner will be selected at random and contacted during and after the promotional period via email before Wednesday, 17th December 2026. Winner details will also be announced on SafeStyle social media channels. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a redraw may occur.
Liability: SafeStyle accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, or invalid submissions, or for any injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the prize.
General: SafeStyle reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances require. All decisions are final.
