1. Promotion Period
The promotion starts at 6:00pm AEST on 27 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 1 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this timeframe are not eligible.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of SafeStyle are not eligible.

  • Promotion applies to online orders only placed through SafeStyle’s official website(s).

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, purchase any pair from the SafeStyle Matte Moss collection during the Promotion Period.

  • One Matte Moss Green purchase equals one entry.

  • If an order is cancelled, refunded, or not completed, the entry is void.

4. Prize

  • The prize is one (1) Thumpstar TSB 110cc Dirt Bike (“the Prize”).

  • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  • SafeStyle is not responsible for any additional costs associated with using or collecting the Prize, including but not limited to registration, licensing, transport, insurance, or accessories.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be drawn at random within 5 business days of the promotion ending.

  • The winner will be contacted via the email address used to place the order.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, SafeStyle reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

6. Prize Delivery / Collection

  • The Prize will be delivered or made available for collection as reasonably determined by SafeStyle.

  • The winner is responsible for complying with all local regulations, including age and licensing requirements for operation of the dirt bike.

7. Verification

  • SafeStyle may request proof of identity, age, residency, and valid purchase before awarding the Prize.

  • Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

8. Liability

  • SafeStyle is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising from participation in the promotion or use of the Prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  • The winner accepts the Prize at their own risk.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information collected for the promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and in accordance with SafeStyle’s Privacy Policy.

10. General

  • SafeStyle reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Free Standard  BFCM Shipping

  • Promotion Period
    This promotion begins at 3:00pm AWST on 27 November and ends at 11:59pm AWST on 1 December.

    The offer is available to customers located in Australia and New Zealand purchasing through SafeStyle’s online store.

  • Offer Details
    Customers will receive free standard shipping on eligible orders with a minimum spend of AUD $14.99 (or NZD equivalent for New Zealand customers) in a single transaction.

  • Shipping Method
    This offer applies to standard shipping only.
    Express shipping and any optional delivery upgrades are excluded.

  • Order Conditions

    • The minimum spend must be met after all discounts, voucher codes, or promotions are applied.

    • Free standard shipping will be automatically applied at checkout to eligible orders.

  • Returns & Adjustments
    If a customer returns items and the order value falls below the minimum spend threshold, SafeStyle reserves the right to deduct the standard shipping cost from the refund amount.

  • General

    • This promotion is online only.

    • The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Collect & Win

Promoter: SafeStyle Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 56 681 624 322)

Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18+. Employees of SafeStyle and their immediate families are not eligible.

How to Enter: 
Online: 
Purchase any of SafeStyle's Collect and Win Recycling Label's online during the promotional period for automatic entry. One entry per label purchased. Collected protective eyewear must be returned within the competition window to be eligible to win any major prizes valued at $500 or above.

In-Store: 
If protective eyewear is taken to one of the Collect and Win Locations listed as one of our recycling program page, the participant must scan the QR at the collection location and upload a picture of their effort that clearly shows them placing any brand of protective eyewear into a collection bin/box at the collection location. 
Participants can make multiple entries during the competition period but must submit the required form each time to count for a separate entry. Note that entries are limited to 1 per day, per customer.
If a QR is not available at a collection location then the participant can email or Direct Message via Instagram or Meta Messenger a picture of their collection effort with the location of their bin to still be eligible.

Prize: Prizes drawn at random throughout Spring. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Promotion Period: Opens Monday, 1st September 2025 at 12:00am (AWST) and closes Sunday, 30 November 2025 at 11:59pm (AWST).

Draw & Winner: The winner will be selected at random and contacted during and after the promotional period via email before Wednesday, 10th December 2025. Winner details will also be announced on SafeStyle social media channels. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a redraw may occur.

Liability: SafeStyle accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, or invalid submissions, or for any injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the prize.

General: SafeStyle reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances require. All decisions are final.
