Returns are Easy - but must strictly adhere to this SafeStyle®️ manufacturer Warranty Policy.
Returns for exchanges may be made by sending your request to enquiries@safestyle.com.au within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
Items returned damaged or after 14 days since receipt of shipment - will not be accepted.
To begin a return please email enquiries@safestyle.com.au with your order number and details on your return.
You are responsible for shipping including cost.
We recommend shipping via registered post with Australia Post.
All returns must be in original, 100% re-saleable condition including packaging and have all original paperwork along with receipt. Damaged or worn product cannot be returned.
Shipping cost will not be refunded.

WHAT IS COVERED
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If the product is deemed faulty as determined by SafeStyle®, the complete pair will be replaced with the equivalent product to the same specifications, within a period of 30 days from original purchase. Where a replacement is not feasible due to availability or a suitable replacement offered, a credit or full refund will be issued instead.
WARRANTY AND CLAIM PERIODS
Warranty claims for manufacturing defects must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. All claims are subject to proof of purchase (invoice).
IN ADDITION, the SafeStyle® warranty policy does not cover the following:
Eyewear stored outside of supplied pouch
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or carelessness
(e.g. scratches from incorrect cleaning, incorrect storage, accidental drops, lens or frame damage due to being left in high temperatures)
Any modifications or repairs not authorised by SafeStyle®
Damage caused by natural disaster
Accidental loss or theft
CLAIMS PROCESS
If you purchased from one of our stockists you must claim the warranty via the retailer from which the product was purchased.
You will be notified via email once your claim request has been received and communicated next steps. Returns usually take 18 business days once approved.
If you have purchased a SafeStyle® product through one of our stockists and have an issue with your product - your warranty claim should be submitted to the store where the original purchase was made.
This policy is to allow for the stockist to properly process the claim by accessing the product in person and to verify your proof of purchase. This is to ensure that warranty claims are processed in accordance with SafeStyle's Manufactures warranty. You can view our warranty information here.
Please note - SafeStyle® is unable to process warranty claims for purchases made through stockists, third-party retailers or resellers. Claims must be made through the original point of sale to ensure the claim meets eligibility requirements and are resolved appropriately.
