No, the Worksite to Weekend luggage isn’t waterproof but is splash-resistant. While the primary materials are water-resistant, small amount of leakage may make its way into the bag if submerged, but for all practical purposes - will maintain dryness within and on the bag! We know our SafeStylers love getting on the water, but leave the bag in the boat before jumping in! 

We recommend spot cleaning your bag with lukewarm water and mild soap, followed by a rinse with fresh water. Thoroughly wipe down with a cloth. Keep zips clean from contaminants such as salt and dirt - this can corrode zips and prevent zips from operation as intended. Do not put in the washing machine or dryer.

Returns are Easy - but must strictly adhere to the SafeStyle®️ manufacturer Warranty Policy.

To begin a return please email enquiries@safestyle.com.au with your order number and details on your return. Please know that all returns must be in original condition, must be 100% re-saleable condition, and have all original paperwork along with the receipt. Damaged or worn products cannot be returned.

SafeStyle® Worksite to Weekend® Luggage collection is backed by a limited 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please be aware that items damaged by you, through other means, or due to normal wear and tear are not classified as faulty.

If the product is deemed faulty and you notify us in writing within 30 days from when you notice the fault, SafeStyle® will replace the product with the equivalent product purchased free of charge (including return delivery) or refund. Please be aware that we can only provide a replacement with the same product in the same size, contingent upon availability. In cases where replacement is not feasible, you are entitled to a complete refund.

Faults notified after this 30-day period, but within the 1 year (Hydration) or 2 year (Luggage) coverage period, are assessed as a warranty claim. Replacements are sent by post with tracking provided.

In addition, the SafeStyle® Manufacturers warranty policy does not cover:

- Any modifications or repairs not authorised by SafeStyle®

- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or carelessness (e.g., scratches from dropping, lenses damage due to being left in high temperatures)

- Damage caused by natural disaster

- Accidental loss or theft
