Please complete the application form below and upload one document as proof of your profession or status. Accepted examples include:
- Student ID from your university, TAFE, or RTO
- Enrolment or training contract letter
- USI transcript (available at usi.gov.au)
- Payslip or employer letter confirming apprenticeship (please redact any sensitive information)
- Teacher registration number
