That age-old adage “Rome wasn’t built in a day” may be a cliché but everyone has start somewhere. From humble beginnings we began shipping protective eyewear from our bedroom. With support from our amazing community of customers SafeStyle quickly outgrew our original worksite. Well that, and Dad wanted us out of the house. Fast-forward a few years and we’re growing rapidly and need to put out a call for help.

Our mission has, and always will be, simple: to provide fashion-forward protective eyewear that anyone can wear from the worksite to the weekend.

With our roots firmly planted in home soil, we collaborate with some of the biggest names in Australia and seek to a set a footprint globally. Our goal is world domination, but not at the expense of Mother Nature. We aspire to give back to the community and put the environment at the forefront of everything we do.

Experience in growing brands in the USA market? Are you passionate about product, people and love getting s*** done?  

The successful applicant will be working autonomously to develop, implement and maintain a successful marketing plan and growth strategies. You have knowledge and experience in the USA market to help SafeStyle reach new heights.  

We’re looking for someone with a passion for e-commerce, who has a data-drivenapproach, are great at taking direction and are ready to make an impact in an industry ready for disruption.

We all got em. Skills that put the bank in the back pocket. As our new USA e-commerce manager you’ll possess the following:

5+ years in a digital marketing & cross-border experience (ideally in the USA market)
Understanding of growth marketing strategies
Strong commercial acumen
Experience in reporting, analytics and forecasting
Project management
Great communication skills
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Effective organisational skills for managing multiple tasks
Love for good creative & branding

Will include managing the following responsibilities:

 
Lead product expansion, promotions and own the end-to-end process
Analysing customer insights, consumer trends and market analysis
Ads creation & management (Meta, TikTok & Google)
Website updates and email marketing
Content creation and publishing
Working closely with our graphic design team to ensure all creatives are delivered on time (ads, web, social, email)
Working closely with the marketing team
