That age-old adage “Rome wasn’t built in a day” may be a cliché but everyone has start somewhere. From humble beginnings we began shipping protective eyewear from our bedroom. With support from our amazing community of customers SafeStyle quickly outgrew our original worksite. Well that, and Dad wanted us out of the house. Fast-forward a few years and we’re growing rapidly and need to put out a call for help.

Our mission has, and always will be, simple: to provide fashion-forward protective eyewear that anyone can wear from the worksite to the weekend.

With our roots firmly planted in home soil, we collaborate with some of the biggest names in Australia and seek to a set a footprint globally. Our goal is world domination, but not at the expense of Mother Nature. We aspire to give back to the community and put the environment at the forefront of everything we do.

We are seeking fellow SafeStylers’, who love a bit of banter and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.

Are you a certified sales administration legend? Do you know your way around CRM and accounting software…? We certainly don’t, that’s why we need your help. You’re a doer who gets things done, like to work autonomously but happily works in a team environment?

The successful applicant will serve as a point of contact for our ever-growing retail partners to help with product queries, orders, dispatch and partnerships while also providing support to the National Sales Manager and our sales agents.

We all got em. Skills that put the bank in the back pocket. As our new Sales Administrator you’ll possess the following:

• You love providing exceptional customer service.
• You feel comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment and are motivated by a culture that directly rewards the effort you put in.
• Driven and self-motivated – A professional and innovative approach to working to targets
• A team player who is also capable of working independently
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Experience with CRM software, Xero, Excel

We know it is hard to tick all the boxes (so don’t worry to much if you don’t) but if you wanted to upgrade your status to full-blown legend you’ll be around the points below:

• Certification in sales or relevant field
• Salesforce management
• Xero accounting experience
• Can play some form of wind instrument (don’t ask why)

Will include managing the following responsibilities:

• Process orders
• Invoice & quoting
• Contact clients for queries and to gather information
• Liaise with logistics team for timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records (Xero & Salesforce)
• Monthly sales reports
• Liaiase with stores for point of sale and advertising requirments
• Wholesale and bulk buy queries
• Xero management
• Providing quality banter
